A SIGNATURE DINNER AT THE ESTATE'S TABLE
Five-course menu to match Sainte Marguerite en Provence wines.
The event begins with a tour of the estate, followed by the prelude experiencean experience that offers a sensory immersion in rosé wine, highlighting the cuvées. Symphonie Rosé, Fantastic Rosé as well as the cuvée Marguerite rosé collection an exclusive novelty limited to 15,000 bottles. Participants first taste the wine to explore its aromatic profile, then use hydrosols to enrich this olfactory discovery during a second tasting.
The event continues with a five-course dinner specially designed by Chef Christophe Ribeyron, harmoniously pairing dishes with the Symphonie and Fantastique cuvées, as well as the Marguerite Rosé 2023 collection vintage.
