Eye

A pearly pink with luminous golden highlights.

Nose

A balance between rich aromas of white peach and pear, and more exotic nuances of lychee, passion fruit and grapefruit zest.

Mouth

Aromatic freshness with citrus and floral notes (rose, hint of jasmine). A long finish that lingers on the palate.

Service and conservation

Ideal serving temperature 8-10°C. A signature rosé that will keep for 4-5 years.

Food and wine pairing

Fantastique Rosé 2023 goes well with noble seafood, such as scallops, lobster or crayfish.

Winemaking


Grape varieties : Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle.
Method : Cold skin maceration before pressing. Temperature-controlled vinification. Selection of the best vats. Aged in vats on fine lees. Fining and filtration before bottling.

Floor : Siliceous clay, structured with pebbles and broken quartz
Specificity: Filtering soil, well oriented on hillsides.
