An intense crimson color with brilliant highlights.
Fresh and concentrated, it is defined by balsamic and minty chocolate notes. An aromatic burst of spice and toast. In the background, cherry and wild black berries reveal themselves.
A silky, satiny texture, on which powdery, chocolate-like tannins rest, imparting spicy, woody and chocolate notes. Morello cherry and juicy blackcurrant refresh this ensemble on the finish.
Serve at 18°C. A long-keeping wine, you can keep your bottles for 8 to 10 years. Decanting recommended.
Ideal with pigeon à la royale, lamb confit and creamy polenta, boletus risotto, or grilled meat dishes.
